Gottlieb Family: Open Questions

When did the three Gottlieb brothers (Archie, Yudie, Morris) arrive in the United States? Why can't we find Ellis Island records? Julius arrived 4/15/00; Lou arrived 3/15/02. Why can't we find the specific records in Ellis Island?
Did Rifka (their sister) ever come to America? She got married in Sokoly PSA Lomza Gubernia, in 1887. Moszko (Morris) got married in Wysokie Mazowieckie (Lomza Gubernia, Bialystok Province) in 1889. We would like to know where she died, as well.
